Century Training with Shawn - Longer route!

Join us for a longer women's road bike ride led by Shawn. These rides will prepare you for a century or just help you to build your endurance! Mileage and elevation will be posted on a weekly basis!

This week we are repeating the ride from last Saturday which I will post once I revise one regroup point. 

Pace will be 16-17 mph on flats. Climb at own pace. May or may not have sweep (I climb slow so I will likely be sweep on hills). Still recommend having route slip printout or ride on Garmin.
