Since we are losing our light but still want to stay fit, we are bringing our rides indoors for the season. Each week will feature a new "route" that we will all do together - on your bike, on our trainers with Coach Steph at the helm. Includes concierge trainer set up in the shop for each session - you just show up with your bike.
